1.- Information that is collected

Vexy will only collect Discord User objects to keep them in cache for a maximum of 14 days and is usually deleted before those 14 days. Vexy does not collect or collect any messages sent on your Discord server or in MD (Direct Message) conversations with the bot. Vexy permanently saves the messages sent through the bot with the command >jumbo

This is done for security reasons, all data is encrypted and invisible to anyone outside unless required by Discord or a legal entity in the future.

The Vexy bot collects the ID of your server in case a problem has occurred in it and only if it is verified that the origin of the problem is only and uniquely from your server, we keep the ID of your server for a maximum of 3 days and can be appealed to further investigate the origin of the problem, if you do not want the ID of your server to be collected in these cases for a future investigation of the root problem, let us know, if you decide to proceed with this option, we will not be able to carry out fortuitous errors checks on your server and point 3.- of this policy would be invalidated.

2.- Control of your personal information

You can restrict the information collected by using the >jumbo command at any time

Vexy will not release the personal information that is collected unless required by DiscordApp or a judge with a court order.

3.- Access to your server

In case you need help, you can provide us with the ID of your server in order to enter it and solve your problem, in addition, using this ID we can extract your Vexy configuration from the Technical Support side.
